built in the classic mid-century style
saved from imminent demolition, owners david and cindy began restoring this historic property in 1993. the building was constructed in 1958 in the california modern style with mondrian influences. although the architect is unknown it is possible that joseph eickler, cliff may or albert frey had a hand in it's design.
